General Accountant

As the General Accountant, you are mainly responsible for daily preparation of complete and accurate cash receipts, check vouchers and disbursement forms in accordance with the company's annual budget, preparing and filing Schedule of Remittances/Filing to BIR such as Withholding Tax on Compensation, Expanded Withholding Tax, Final Withholding Tax, VAT Input Tax and Corporate Income Tax and you will work closely with the Admin Department and coordinate with the third party accounting service provider.
You will have to perform accounting activities, such as assist in preparing entries to the general ledger, account reconciliations, report preparations, and closing activities.
Overview Updates various company bank checkbooks & passbooks Preparation and review of monthly journal entries Preparation of monthly account reconciliations Support controllers for audit requests, other reports, statistical surveys, and other ad-hoc requirements.
