Job Duties and Responsibilities: Reconcile general ledger accounts – prepaid, liabilities, etc.Prepare journal entries and monitor the general ledger for accuracyManage the auditCalculate and process sales tax returnsGenerate and file payroll taxes through Aatrix in SpectrumDevelop controls and procedures for data flow to the general ledgerAssist with monthly closingMeet processing and reporting and customer deadlines.Respond to information requests from project managers.Assist CFO with budgeting and forecastingBecome a user expert in Spectrum assisting other usersComplete monthly bank borrowing baseComplete quarterly census reportingBecome a user expert in Spectrum assisting project managers in system use.Recommend process improvements using Spectrum functionality.Reconcile credit card accountsReconcile bank accountsUpload Concur credit card transactionsMaintain fixed asset report system within Spectrum and post-depreciationPost KRS payroll costs by departmentMaintain overhead tracking trend reportsMiscellaneous tax filingsProvide support to the fleet manager for vehicle reportingAssist with a monthly financial reporting packageIssue 13 week cash flow report each weekPost non-invoice payments and maintain the daily cash receipts reportUS payroll processing B.
