General Accountant

**Responsibilities**
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
- Processing of balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc.
as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Prepare monthly/yearly closings reports
- Assist with other accounting projects

**Qualifications**:
BS Accountancy Graduate or equivalent

With at least 4 years of experience in the related field
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, & MS office

**Salary**: Php26,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Financial Statement: 1 year (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
