Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the General Account Luzon Supervisor, under the General Account Portfolio Division, the successful candidate is expected to carry-out the marketing of core and non-core businesses of the corporation and offer Luzon-based customers under the General Account Portfolio access to the transmission network through service agreements; to provide grid user/customer's right to benefit from the quality service through regulated services; and to facilitate the strengthening of strategic customer relations while upholding the interest of the company.
1. CONTACT CENTER OPERATION
Ensures compliance with relevant standards and regulations and uphold the interest of NGCP in its role as Transmission Owner and Service Provider.
1. Negotiates, prepares and administers service agreement documents related to NGCP's core business of providing transmission services to grid user/customer (Connection Agreement, Transmission Service Agreement, Metering Service Agreement);
2. Negotiates, prepares and administers service agreement documents related to the provision of transmission and excluded services to grid user/customer, including the necessary regulatory filing/compliances: Interconnection Agreement (e.g., Memorandum of Agreement on the Implementation of Network Assets by Grid User, MOA on Reimbursement); Operation and Maintenance Agreement; Maintenance Services Agreement; and
3. Negotiates and administers commercial and contractual arrangements between NGCP and Generator/Load Customer on: Energy Requirements of NGCP facilities; Access Rights; and Co-Location of Customer Assets.
2. SERVICE APPLICATION OF CUSTOMERS
Facilitates all applications in the Online Transmission Service Application (OTCA) and outside OTCA and ensures that these are compliant with NGCP requirements.
1. Facilitates and coordinates with customers the submission of required documents to facilitate their service applications;
2. Facilitates the preparation of documentary requirements and coordinates with Functional Groups on the issuance of approvals for energization of new customer connections, new delivery points, and modified connections;
3. Facilitates the preparation and issuance of approvals for energization of new customer connections, new delivery points, and modified connections; and
4. Facilitates the amendment of service agreements to reflect new customer connection points, new metering/delivery points, and modified connections.
3. REGULATORY AND FINANCIAL COMPLIANCES OF CUSTOMERS Facilitates customers' compliance with the technical and commercial requirements of the Open Access Transmission Services (OATS) Rules and Philippine Grid Code and meeting of financial obligations of customers with NGCP.
1. Facilitates the issuance of disconnection notices and reconnection orders including the coordination with other requesting parties/industry players;
2. Facilitates the preparation and issuance of Billing Statement for non-core services;
3. Facilitates and monitors the posting of security deposit with customers to ensure high collection efficiency; and
4. Coordinates with customers their compliance with technical, regulatory and commercial requirements and obligations.
4. SAFETY AND QUALITY COMPLIANCE
Complies with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies.
1. Complies with the applicable practices, regulations and standards of NGCP on safety and quality;
2. Participates in self-audit procedures within the Section to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards of the company; and
3. Educates oneself on pertinent safety and quality regulations and upholds a culture of safety and quality in NGCP.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree on Electrical Engineering or equivalent Preferably with applicable PRC License or RA 10802 years relevant experience, preferably in the Electric Industry Strong command with written and oral communications #J-18808-Ljbffr
