IGT is looking for a Travel Consultant, providing customer service support by responding to chat/emails and receiving calls on customer concerns on a 24/7 support operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including airfare, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
Handle booking reservations, process payments, and issue travel documents.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage GDS bookings efficiently.
Provide expert support to our travel team.
Qualifications:
At least graduate of High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Must have at least 1 year of working experience in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus & Farelogix)
Strong knowledge of GDS administration configuration, and troubleshooting
Customer-oriented
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Amenable to work ON-SITE in NORTHGATE, ALABANG, Muntinlupa City
