ECP job description is consisting on the three skillset ECP core, PCC and Integrations: Level: Manager
Experience: 10+ years
ECP core:
• Point to Point Integration Mater Data, ( Time Sheet and Time Off Optional)
• Configuration on ECP system as per the business need
• Understanding of HCM (PA and OM) Info types and Payroll configuration
• Detailed understanding of Payroll calculation process including payroll clusters, retro-calculation, taxation, arrears, claims cycle Payroll, process models
• Experience in creating and maintaining Payroll schemas and rules
• Proficient in wage types, taxes and garnishments
• Post Payroll activities posting, off cycle workbench, payment processing, bank DME, direct deposit and 3rd party remittance
• Good knowledge on workers compensation ( US & CA ) and ROE understanding
• Preparation on different legal reporting and master data reports needed for reporting purposes
• BIB optional
• Integration of EC Payroll and SAP Financials
• Cost center replication and other FI objects for payroll posting
PCC:
• Payroll Control Centre complete configuration( End to End self-implementation)
• Understanding on Monitoring, Production and other PCC payroll process
• Good knowledge on alerts, policy and processes
• PCC connection setup in EC and troubleshooting the process
• Authorization in PCC
• Different PCC tools, declustered results
Integrations:
• EC time off integration
• Third Party Integration for time : Kronos & Workforce ( optional)
• Setting up Mashup Screens as required for Info types, Payslip and custom EC to ECP
• Interfaces Connection with CPI or any standard Interface tool, Connection from ECP to EC and
• Perform Integration Testing
