Gardener/Janitor

Key Responsibilities:1. Perform regular maintenance of gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.2. Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees.3. Prune and trim plants to promote healthy growth and appearance.4. Remove weeds, debris, and litter from garden areas.5. Maintain garden tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.6. Monitor plant health and report any issues to the Facility Manager.7. Assist in the design and layout of new garden areas as needed.8. Collaborate with other staff to support landscaping projects.Qualifications:1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in gardening or landscaping is a plus.2. Basic knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and equipment.3. Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.5. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
