Gardener

Job Summary:
The Gardener is responsible for the general maintenance and care of gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas. This includes planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and other tasks necessary to maintain healthy and visually appealing outdoor spaces. The role requires knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and the use of gardening tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
Plant Care and Maintenance:

Plant, water, and nurture flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation.
Prune trees, hedges, and shrubs to encourage healthy growth and maintain shape.
Mulch, aerate, and fertilize soil to ensure optimal growing conditions.
Monitor plants for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and apply pesticides or fertilizers as needed.
Landscape Management:

Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
Weed garden beds and landscaped areas, removing invasive plants and preventing overgrowth.
Install new plants, garden features, or hardscaping elements as required by the landscaping plan.
Maintain pathways, borders, and garden furniture in good condition.
