Job Description Overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's General affairs , including facilities management and office administration
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to general office administration
Enforces management guidelines by preparing , updating ,and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Create and manage environment to maximize the performance of department members and take responsibility for achieving goals
Qualifications Requirement Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
With more than 5 years of experience as GA HR MANAGER and Facilities role
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a problem solving mindset for a fast paced working environment.
Amenable to work on-site.

Job Description - Provides guidelines in setting up targets, monitors and evaluates subordinates' performance.- Creates and facilitates mediums of data gathering tools and techniques.- Facilitate training/awareness of legal and compliance matter based on standard requirements by planning, scheduling, and arrangement of training needs or materials.- Execute facilitation of all necessary documents, applications, and monitoring of activities of Legal and compliance in regulatory requirements, - ISO, ESG, and RBA organization to ensure company's compliance and achievement of company's goal.
