Ga/Admin Assistant Supervisor

With at least 2-3 years same experience
- Ensures timely and efficient delivery of administrative services to the organization, canteen management, transportation and shuttle management, and security administration.
- Housekeeping performance monitoring
- Canteen performance monitoring.
- Assist in scheduling of shuttle service on weekend and holiday work schedule
- Assist in canteen service on weekend and holiday work schedule
- Assist in Processing of Visa and working permit of Foreign National
- Assist in processing of Annual Employment permit of Foreign National at DOLE
- Assist on company activities such as summer outing, Christmas party and others
- Daily morning meeting participation
- Monitoring of Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Customer complaints on Admin Services
- To comply with the company's code of conduct, policies and EICC provisions.
- With experience in manufacturing company

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
