Conduct face-to-face fundraising campaigns and activities and convert various individuals to become committed donors of the organizationEnsure that donors to be signed up will commit to donate for at least two (2) yearsServe as brand champions of the organization in various marketing activation activitieHandle sensitive donor information with confidentialityQualifications:Sales or fundraising experience is preferred, but not mandatory.Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.Strong interpersonal qualities and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.Dedication to ethical conduct and maintaining donor trust.A passion for advocating children's rights and making a positive impact.Must be willing to be reassigned in different locations nationwide, as deemed necessary for the operations of the unit
