Fund Controller

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files prepared by a third-party administratorAggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data including investor positions and transactions, such as commitments, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, etc.Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reportingWork closely with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal Customer departmentsSupport fund controller in feeder fund annual auditAssist in implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflowsDevelop, implement, and maintain proceduresEnsure timely deliverables of all reportsAdditional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with large sets of data a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot TablesJr.Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or Financial Management or a related discipline preferred1-3 years of relevant experience preferably with hedge fund and/or private equity industry experienceKnowledge of alternative investments a plus BENEFITS OFFERED: HMO (with 2 dependents)Performance BonusSL/VL credits (20)
