Key Responsibilities: Support Renewal Pipeline Review for assigned Account Directors when they populate.Accurately identify contracts which require renewals; review and interpret conditions required for renewal.Leverage our internal tools to ensure critical fields in client engagement letters are accurate: entity names, web names, Salesforce opportunities, products, and product quantities.Update scoping details on entity records to match client requirements.Collaborate with Account Directors and Deal Desk teams to organize the correct documentation and problem-solve missing or incorrect information.Raise opportunities for upsell to Growth AE.7% annual increase eligibility.FA rescope notes.RequirementsJob Requirements and Credentials: You have experience working with tools (familiarity with Salesforce is a must) and have showcased the ability to learn new tools quickly.You have experience working with contracts.You are comfortable with data and various fields.You communicate effectively and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines.You have the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.You have the ability to deal with uncertainties and ambiguous situations.
