Functional Team Lead Social Media

CLIENT: Our client is the leading global digital marketing services organization (agency) operating in multiple countries.


JOB DESCRIPTION Functional Team Management: Oversee and manage the social function and team, including the onboarding and development of this team. Lead a weekly functional community call with the team to connect them with initiatives across the area and globe. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the area leads and CMO on social media execution. Advise area HQ on social media guidelines and collaborate with area PR and comms teams to advise on social media initiatives. Social Strategy & Consultancy: Ensure all area team members are familiar with media guidelines and governance. Work with the Data & Insights team to evaluate campaign results and provide input on content quality to the comms team. Ensure brand compliance and support the area in the event of a PR crisis in collaboration with local PR and Comms agencies. Best Practice Sharing: Curate and showcase area insights and best practices, and liaise with peers from other markets to capture global best practices. JOB QUALIFICATION Required Competencies/Skills: Proven skills in written and verbal communications Basic business, systems, and process analysis Demonstrated understanding of social media, related tools, and best practices Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders Relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of Microsoft brand and products Required Experience: University degree 4-7 years solid marketing communications (agency or client side) with a focus on social media People/team management experience required Amenable for a dayshift and hybrid setup (will not be forced to work in the office) Amenable to travelling to BGC, Taguig ACTIVE DATES
