Requirements: Must be a Bachelors degree graduate of Industrial/Management Engineering or any related fieldWith at least two 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fieldsMust be keen to details and data managementHighly knowledgeable in RTS and Claims processKnowledgeable in using process improvement toolsKnowledgeable in MS Office and Google ApplicationsWith good interpersonal and communication skillsWilling to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan Job Description: Manage overall Return to shipper / seller processEnsure that all RTS parcels are dispatched according to the given SOP and KPIsCollaborate with the claims team to manage past due items and ensure minimal claims on RTSWork closely with SOC Ops team, Middle Mile, and Fleet Management on timely dispatch of of parcelsParticipate in the development and implementation process strategies and tactical executionAssess manpower needs and work will support team for proper allocationProvide guidance to RTS/Claims team, evaluate team's performance and provide necessary trainings to continuous growth
