The Functional Dynamics 365 Consultant plays a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions at the client's company.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of all business processes and cross-functional requirements covering departments, activities, and system operations.
The primary objective is to adeptly translate this understanding into effective system solutions that seamlessly integrate across the entire business.
Position Accountabilities
Requirements Gathering and Solution Design.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and requirements.
Design and configure Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Implementation and Business Process Optimization
Lead and contribute to the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, configuration, and data migration.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and maximize the benefits of Dynamics 365.
Integration and testing
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.

Training, Support and Maintenance
Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Dynamics 365. Create training materials and documentation as needed.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring the continued effectiveness of Dynamics 365 solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or specific module certifications, are highly desirable.
Exceptional modelling skills are a must have of which initially Excel will form the core; Power BI experience will be seen as advantageous.
An affinity for interpreting numerical data supported by excellent written & verbal communication skills to deliver insight in a meaningful way to employees at any level in the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and design effective solutions.
