**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers' stakeholders and users to gather requirements and develop process flows and solutions
- Lead customer workshops and sessions
- Work with other consultants (Architects, Developers, Business Applications Specialists) on customer needs, solution features and designs
- Develop deep knowledge and expertise on Barhead products and services
- Support the Business Analyst (BA) Team in developing business analysis and consulting best practices and standards
- Prepare and conduct client demos and presentations
- Support the BA Team in scoping activities and recommends solution approaches
- Perform and assist in requirements elicitation, analysis, design and documentation
- Perform system configuration based on the approved requirements
- Help the technical team in the interpretation of requirements for the implementation of custom coding/development work
- Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Support Pre-sales activities during sales cycle
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Products and Solutions
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years' experience in the field of Business Systems and IT ideally as a functional/business analyst implementing CRM or SaaS solutions
- Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management/Engineering
- Experience working in an IT consulting organization or environment is preferred
- Experience with different project methodologies (Agile, waterfall, et al.)

- Experience in working in a global environment, delivering service to global clients is preferred
- Temporary WFH set up.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary

- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
