Function Test Engineer

#Responsibilities:
1/ Independently responsible for software product testing, including drafting and writing functional test plans; optimizing testing processes to enhance efficiency and ensure product quality.
2/ Analyze testing requirements based on product requirement documents, independently develop test plans, design test cases and conduct reviews, summarize test reports, etc.
3/ Set up testing environments, prepare test data, perform acceptance testing, and write test reports.
Analyze, locate, and provide timely feedback on defects encountered during testing, assisting development engineers in validation and improvement.
4/ Maintain effective communication with project managers, development engineers, stakeholders, and configuration management to drive issue resolution throughout the project.

#Requirements:
1/ Degree in Computer Science or related field, with preference given to candidates with experience as a software test manager or in software product development.
2/ More than 3 years of experience in IT/software or industrial software testing; familiarity with general testing processes, including B/S, C/S, interface testing, and performance testing methods.
3/ Familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems, and databases such as Oracle, MySQL.
4/ Proficient in at least one automation testing tool (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner).
5/ Proficient in defect and project management tools such as Bugzilla, JIRA, QC, and configuration management tools like SVN.
6/ Ability to proficiently write project test plans and test cases; familiarity with at least one defect management software.
7/ Strong logical thinking, reverse thinking ability, and sensitivity to defects.
8/ Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and service orientation. Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and risk awareness.
