At the Senior Manager level, you will lead a large-scale capability area, team and/or work effort, partner with senior level business leaders to advise and facilitate learning investment decision-making, and define approaches to critical learning programs. Your decisions have a lasting impact on your area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of 6 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering, and solutioning), client relationship management experience, and global team management• Excellent communication skills • Critical thinking and solutioningPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of learning strategy experience, development of innovative learning solutions, problem-solving experience, influencing others, and financial planning and budgeting experience Professional Skill Requirements:• Deep learning and domain expertise• Strong executive presence, and superb stakeholder management skills across all responsibilities.• Excellent leadership and management skills• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, including strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data/analytics skills• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client and team relationships• Proven ability to Influence, navigate and collaborate with senior business sponsors• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment• Deep expertise in Learning Strategy and Planning• Demonstrated success in managing deployment of client services globally, across multiple functional areas• Thrive in a fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environment• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of difficult situations• Think strategically and demonstrate ability to drive change
