Job DescriptionYou will be part of the Integration & Output CH/FL team, helping financial institutions to integrate the Avaloq Core Banking system within a wide ecosystem. We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer with a solid academic background and eager to learn multiple technologies in a complex and challenging ecosystem.Your key tasksMicroservices Development: Implement, test, and document features of SpringBoot microservices, ensuring high performance and scalability.Spring Applications: Design, develop, and maintain features of Spring applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Technical Documentation: Write comprehensive technical documentation, analyze and resolve incidents and issues efficiently.OpenShift Configuration: Configure and support software solutions in OpenShift, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to define software implementation strategies and troubleshoot problems.Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve software defects, providing innovative solutions to complex issues.Support: Offer third-level (L3) support, addressing advanced technical issues and ensuring system reliability. QualificationsEducational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with Java and GIT.Technical Skills:Clear understanding of the full Java/Spring development life cycle.Hands-on experience in JBOSS application server administration.Hands-on experience in Angular.Experience working with REST API.Experience in Linux shell scripting.Methodologies: Experience in Agile processes.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and solution-driven mindset, keen attention to detail.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with multiple teams for troubleshooting and problem-solving.Communication: Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.Adaptability: Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.Passion: A passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
