The Role
As a growing company, Refinity Homes (RefinityHomes.com) are currently looking for a Full-Time Property Manager. This position is all about efficiency, customer service and being organized. We are looking for someone who knows how to talk to customers to quickly respond to inquiries about vacant properties, screen applicants, and guide the applicants through the leasing process. Meanwhile, you will coordinate general queries, tenant requests, and on-site operational tasks with our vendors and existing tenants. You will own the scheduling and dispatch of vendors across multiple markets to properties, ensuring a seamless experience when resolving tenants' concern. You will also work cross-functionally to assist Operations Manager to ensure all activities are carried out accurately, punctually and well documented. This position will foster your growth in the property management industry to potentially become the Senior Operations Manager of our company.
Think you have what it takes? Here is what you will need to deliver:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties for processes such as: move in, lease renewal, move out, insurance claims, property accounting, violations, evictions, repair and maintenance, and escalations
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, homeowners and vendors
• Resolve resident and owner requests regarding various issues related to the property
• Communicate with homeowner about property updates during tenancy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reports, property maintenance, repairs, income and expenses ledger
• Take ownership of incoming property repairs and work orders from troubleshooting to dispatching vendor to billing and post-repair follow up
• Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal property management regulations
• Work cross functionally with leasing, finance, and field operations team (local team)
• Handle and mediate multi-party escalations from residents, homeowner, building manager/strata and resident regarding lease, repairs, property repairs, and bylaw violations.
• Lead junior members of the post leasing team, review work, set KPI, coach and mentor junior team members for success

Requirements
• 3 years of experience in property management (Post Leasing Management) in US/UK/Canada [REQUIRED]
• 2 years of experience in customer service handling escalations [REQUIRED]
• 1 years of experience in team management [REQUIRED]
• Outstanding on the phone/verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable learning new software
• Work remotely 5 days a week, including one weekend day (Sat or Sun)
Bonus points:
• Passionate in property management
• Experience in Buildium, Appfolio, Front, Zendesk, Notion, Slack, GSuite, Docusign, and Google Drive
Pay: TBD, depends on your level of skills and other applicants
Perks:
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
