Full Stack Support Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
Position can be remote and required to work in US time zones.Address level 3 support issues with some guidance from the core team.Troubleshoot and update software components using JavaScript (ES6+), Microsoft .NET Core, and SQL Server.Perform database updates using SQL to address customer configuration issues.Work with onshore and offshore resources on an agile team.Participate in Agile activities including estimation, standups, grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives.Comfortable updating Jira user stories and tasks to reflect the status of sprint work.Submit pull requests, handle code merges, and facilitate software releases.Troubleshoot and own defects identified by the QA team and customers.Nurture a culture of team excellence with openness, transparency, close collaboration, and a willingness to learn.
Core Qualifications
2+ years of Microsoft .NET with C# as the primary language2+ years of SQL Server1+ years HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.1+ years Git, Github1+ years Agile software developmentWilling to learn new patterns and technologies.Knowledge of good software practices (testing, version control, and concepts such as DRY).Knowledge of web fundamentals ( response codes, REST, calling APIs).Knowledge of .NET best practices (SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, Unit testing).Strong English communication skills.
