About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Full Stack Social Media Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing dynamic social media marketing campaigns from start to finish. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills who can balance efficiency with creativity while delivering projects on time. You'll also be detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of direct response copywriting principles like AIDA and PAS.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy doing audience and market research, translating insights into actionable strategies, and collaborating with designers and creators to bring high-quality ad creatives to life. Experience with paid media buying and managing creative teams is a major plus.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop ad creative concepts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms with a deep understanding of audience and project strategy. Write advertising briefs for video editors and graphic designers. Create and write content briefs for content creators. Design video and photoshoot concepts for ad campaigns. Write conversion-focused ad copy. Organize and manage video and photoshoots, including outsourcing, and working with creators, videographers, and photographers. Collaborate with the Growth Strategist and Designers to plan, execute, and analyze ad creatives in sprints. Manage and organize creative operations, working closely with various team members (Mission Control Chief, Growth Strategist, Designers, Creators, and Influencers). Set deadlines and timelines for briefs, conduct quality assurance for ad creatives, and provide feedback for revisions. Organize and maintain creative standards and guidelines. Liaise with clients to gather and clarify content requirements. Stay up to date with trends across social platforms and conduct market research to identify top-performing ad creatives. Work with the Growth Strategist on the Growth Rocket Audit & Strategy service. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Take a proactive approach in finding and testing new A.I creative tools, tactics, and strategies to enhance Creative Operations. Upgrade internal creative operations by developing new structures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Lead creative projects with a high level of project management skills. Participate in team training and continuously upskill through courses on digital marketing, direct response copywriting, conversion optimization, and related topics.Qualifications: At least 4 years' experience in social media ad design/video editing, especially Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok ads. You must love Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok Reels, and YouTube Shorts and be researching daily to stay on top of the best ad trends. Elite-level knowledge in designing for persuasion & conversion copywriting. You must have a stable work-from-home office with at least 2 monitors & backup wifi. Design & video editing skills are a big +.
