About the opportunity Reporting to the Director of Global Clock Operations, our Warehousing and Fulfillment team is adding a Fulfillment Specialist to the team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and customer service skills to deliver business-to-business application support to Dayforce clients across the world. As a contributor on the team, you will support Dayforce time clocks, collaborating with 3rd party vendors, Product Management, QA, and Service teams to champion client priorities and drive incidents to closure. You will support inventory management and order fulfillment for customers around the world. Taking a project management approach, you will work to meet tight deadlines, work extensively on time clock-related issues, and provide recommendations while keeping the broader client impact in mind.
What you'll get to do Deliver outstanding customer service. You will enhance the client experience, demonstrating an elevated level of engagement and developing strong relationships with key internal and external customers. Develop and maintain repeatable and reliable solutions to meet fulfillment and 3rd party vendor needs. Grow and share knowledge. You will increase your product and industry expertise, becoming a subject matter expert on warehousing and fulfillment. You will become a trusted advisor to internal and external teams, share your experience and insights informally, and produce high-quality training materials. Be proactive - and reactive. You will monitor inventory production and storage and fulfillment activity and consistently exceed client expectations as you provide proactive support. Skills and experience we value Strong skills using Microsoft Excel are essential for this role. At least Intermediate level. Understand simple fulfillment terms (Shipping/tracking packages). At least 2 year's experience in this field. Engagement with FedEx/UPS to resolve issues. Engagement with 3rd party print vendor to resolve issues. Ability to work flexible hours and a willingness to work on-call if required. The drive to solve challenges. You are naturally curious, and you thrive in a role that combines working autonomously with collaborating across teams with Development, Product, QA, and Services to triage issues and verify resolutions.
