JOB TITLE: FUEL SALES EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: PRESIDENT and CEO
SALARY RANGE: 20-25k depending in location
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday , Flexi time , But required for a weekly zoom meeting on Mondays at 7:45 am

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fuel Sales Executive will majorly work on fuel quotations and respond to customers in a timely manner. Sending pricelists, advising clients, etc. and to undertake any other tasks as assigned by the President and CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate market conditions, develop account strategies and actions plans to expand current accounts and penetrate new marketsSet and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly objectivesAbility to negotiate business dealsResponsible for customer profiling, service and retentionPrice quotes, review quote activity and initiate follow upsPerform other duties as assignedManage a portfolio of clients from specific regions as requestedCommunicate spot prices to customers via daily telephone ring-rounds and e-mailsHigh volume of inbound and outbound callsProvide sales support for external sales team.Execution of daily spot, bulk and trigger salesGather market intelligence, provide feedback to management and make recommendations on margin adjustmentsResponding to price inquiries via phone and e-mailAll front-office deal entry and administration associated with the sale, including creating contracts for external sales team REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's DegreeAt least 2 years of experience as a Petroleum Sales Personnel (B2B and/or Fuel Retailers)Profit-drivenWith a strong data and numerical analytical skillsWith a valid driver's licenseExperience in strategy development within Sales and Marketing for lubricant salesStrong interpersonal, networking and communication skills to work with customersProject management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesEffective verbal and written communication skills for useStrong attention to details, problem solving, organizational, oral presentation and writing skills
