Fuel Sales Executive - Caraga

RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Evaluate market conditions, develop account strategies and actions plans to expand current accounts and penetrate new markets2. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives3. Ability to negotiate business deals4. Responsible for customer profiling, service and retention5. Price quotes, review quote activity and initiate follow ups6. Perform other duties as assigned7. Manage a portfolio of clients from specific regions as requested8. Communicate spot prices to customers via daily telephone ring-rounds and e-mails9. High volume of inbound and outbound calls10. Provide sales support for external sales team.11. Execution of daily spot, bulk and trigger sales12. Gather market intelligence, provide feedback to management and make recommendations on margin adjustments13. Responding to price inquiries via phone and e-mail14. All front-office deal entry and administration associated with the sale, including creating contracts for external sales teamREQUIREMENTS:1. Bachelor's Degree2. At least 2 years of experience as a Petroleum Sales Personnel (B2B and/or Fuel Retailers)3. Profit-driven4. With a5. With a valid driver's license6. Experience in strategy development within Sales and Marketing for lubricant sales7. Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills to work with customers8. Project management and organizational skills9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities10. Effective verbal and written communication skills for use11. Strong attention to details, problem solving, organizational, oral presentation and writing skills
