Website: //hfzlaw Key Responsibilities: Reviewing patent application file histories to identify prior artAssembling prior art data and entering data for validationRetrieving copies of Non-Patent Literature and Foreign ReferencesAssemble prior art data for patent application files. QualificationsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailsFamiliarity with patents, US and/or foreignFamiliarity with SharePoint and ExcelEffectively communicate in English, written and oralExperience using Microsoft Office SuiteThe candidate must also be reliable, responsive, and able to work well in a teaMust be proactive and with good multitasking skills Working hours  Monday to Friday - Nightshift Additional Information
