Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Frontline Support Representative / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
