Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Frontline Support Representative / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information about our products and services.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
