**LOCATION**
This position is located at our property Amanpulo in Pamalican Island, The Philippines.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Oversees the logistics in the movement of guests to and from Pamalican.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
1.
Ensures guest ultimate satisfaction from arrival, throughout their stay, until departure by rendering assistance and service as may be required.

Ensures that the Lounge, luggage room, and weighing area are thoroughly clean and organized at all times including toilet areas.
- 3.
Promotes and enforces Amanpulo's policies, house rules and regulations at the Lounge.
- 4.
Works very closely with the Front Office Manager and directs staff to a smooth and efficient performance.
- 5.
Liaises closely with Front Office Manager and Reservations Manager for reservation status, pre-arranged and special guest requests highlighting VIPs.
- 6.
Ensures that all personnel (including staff schedules to board flights, aviation managing company staff, and security personnel) are well-groomed and presentable to report unbecoming behavior to immediate superiors when necessary.
- 7.
Keeps the Lounge fully equipped with the necessary supplies and / or stocks at all times and continuously monitors these supplies and stocks through monthly inventory.
- 8.
Personally handles VIP and / or difficult and VIP guests.
- 9.
Assists guests in handling their luggage and ensures that they are properly tagged and to ensure that luggage left by guests are secured.
- 10.
Takes initiative to go extra mile to provide excellent customer service (i.e.
arranging city tours, hotel accommodations, place to eat, shop, etc.).
- 11.
Ensures that excellent food and beverage and waiting lounge service are provided to guests (e.g.
enough stocks and offering of drinks, coffee, candies, newspapers, and magazines, and the like).
- 12.
Ensures the control of costs (breakage, spoilage, wastage, etc.)
and monitors proper maintenance of Lounge equipment.
- 13.
Prepares staffs work schedules, days-off schedules, and purchases requisitions.
- 14.
Initiates work orders for repair and maintenance in the lounge.
- 15.
Controls the entry and use of the lounge by unauthorized personnel.
- 16.
Strictly monitors entry and exit of passengers and luggage, cargoes, and other types of packages in and out of the plane.
- 17.
Initiates and implements the orientation and training system set-up for the Lounge service staff and establishes a documented system of monitoring performance evaluation.
- 18.
Ensures awareness of and is updated on Resort facilities and services to provide guests with correct information.
- 19.
Keeps the FOM/AFOM informed of any guest's complaint or comment for appropriate action or follow-up.
- 20.
Reviews the flight manifest to plan out operations, thus ensuring that the Lounge and the plane is always ready to receive guests.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
1.
Bachelor's Degree of any Business Course / Hospitality Course and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to meet the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Minimum five (5) years experience in the same capacity

Strategic thinker and proactive; problem-solver
- 4.
With experience in a luxury setting.

Proficient in Opera.
