We are looking for a proactive and results-driven FrontOffice Supervisor to lead our resort's efforts in creating memorable guest experiences andpromoting brand loyalty.Front Office SupervisorAs the Front Office Supervisor, you will be at the heart of delivering outstanding guest serviceand ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves leading and training the Front Officeteam, handling guest interactions with professionalism, and overseeing all aspects of FrontOffice operations, including cash handling, reporting, and adherence to financial policies. Youwill develop and implement Front Office procedures, manage daily and monthly reports, anddrive departmental performance to meet revenue targets. Your role also includes maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, handling reservations, and addressing anyissues promptly.In this position, you will coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience andensure operational efficiency. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the abilityto multitask are crucial as you balance strategic planning with hands-on management. You willoversee the accuracy of financial transactions, handle guest feedback, and participate in regularaudits to ensure compliance and excellence.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory Front Office role within thehospitality industry, with strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and aproactive approach to problem-solving.Qualifications:? Male or Female.? Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, preferred.? Must have good knowledge in Front Office and Reservations.? Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.? Proficiency in property management systems, OTA platforms, social media platforms,Google and Microsoft Office Suite.? Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.? Ability to handle escalations and complex guest situations with professionalism.?
