Front Office Associate

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first to greet our guests and ensure they have a memorable experience with us from arrival to departure.
Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or in hospitality
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
- Possess a warm and friendly disposition

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet, check-in, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience
- Introduce and promote Glamping amenities and activities
- Cooperate with all other departments for smooth functions
- Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared well ahead of time prior to guests' arrival and safekeeping of Glamping tents
- Report to Front Office Supervisor to communicate daily functions
- rOther duties incidental to the role

**Salary**: Php8,320.00 - Php9,100.00 per month
