Position: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Department: OPERATIONS – FRONT OF THE HOUSE

Job Description:
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in various aspects of branch management to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the branch; performing customer service duties; participating with the Operations Manager in establishing specific goals for the branch; ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate personnel and providing periodic reports.

Qualifications:

Many supervisors begin their careers as counter-service staff and work their way up to management level by acquiring experience, rather than formal qualifications. There are, however, a range of relevant qualifications available at various levels, including degree and postgraduate level, in areas such as:
• business studies/management,
• catering,
• hospitality and hospitality management,
• leisure management
