The KingsIsle Web Team is a friendly and motivated?group of builders, testers, and managers who put the quality of what we produce above all else. Experience taught us that high standards are better achieved through effective collaboration, knowledge duplication, and personal development. We make time for each team member to take courses and work on interest projects. The team reserves regular time slots to discuss successes and failures after each Sprint. The senior members are encouraged and empowered to mentor so our junior members often experience tremendous growth.
