Job Summary
The Front End Supervisor oversees the total front end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains the excellent customer service at the check out
Effectively handles customer feedback
Ensures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front end covering cash turn over to the Treasury
Accountable for the front end assets management
Database maintenance

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
With at least 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
