Graduate of any Information Technology courses majoring on computer programmingMinimum of 2 years experience in Front-end systemsKnowledgeable on any of the following skills: My SQL, node.js, Java, PythonKnowledgeable in System Development Life CycleGood analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills Duties and Responsibilities:

Development of user's enhancement requests
Drive resolution during requirementPerforms high level estimate on the assessment of development task/s.Prepare technical specifications documents of the requirements.Prepare Unit Test Plan, execute and document resultsCoordinate with Business Analyst on specific System Request (SR) development completionCoordinates with Team for transfer of the program from Development into UAT Environment
Implementation of the Enhancements
Coordinates with IT for the submission of the documents for SQM's reviewOnce enhancement is approved for implementation, coordinates with team for transfer from UAT to Production ServerSet schedule of the TransferMakes sure that all Items related to the programs of the enhancement are transferred to the Production serverCreates documentation for new and/or enhanced programs
Provides Solutions to incidents and issues
a. Debugs, Investigate and analyze possible cause of complex incidents
b. For DATA errors and needed patching prepares DFU instructions
c. Coordinates with IT for approval of the DFU
d. Creates manual of documentation for the said error for future reference
