Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient luggage handling for hotel guests. Establish a sincere warm impression to guests when they arrive and departConduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with MGM --Standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfactionEnsure to have first-hand knowledge on what's happening in town, and provide accurate and update information to any inquiry from guest or visitor in order to anticipate their needsProvide prompt, courteous and efficient assistance when handling guest request under any circumstance Qualifications: Male candidates onlyWell groomed & presentableAbove 180cm tall, with weight between 70 – 80kg, and below 30 years old1 year or above customer service experience, previous experience as Service Ambassador or Model would be an advantageGood customer service sense & communications skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Willing to work rotating shiftsFluent in English, proficient in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) would be a plus
