The **Receptionist** is the overall in-charge with the guests and clients and administrative function in the reception area.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for managing all the operational activities of front desk.

- Ensures that all clients and guests are properly assisted and provided with their needs and requests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Education -**Graduate of any 4-year course.
- **Technical Skills/Competence **-Customer Service** - Knowledgeable in handling customer/clients Concerns and complains in a highly professional manner.
- **Product Knowledge - **Knowledgeable in mall/restaurant/hotel And/or corporate industry.
- **Working Experience -**Must have at least 1 year of working experience as Receptionist or Front Desk Staff.
