Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Description This is a remote position.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using an electronic medical record (EMR) system Manage the physical therapist's calendar efficiently Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry Respond to patient inquiries and provide general information about services Assist with any other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Proficiency in using computers and learning new software systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Customer service-oriented mindset Reliability and punctuality in adhering to scheduled work hours HIPAA compliance training (provided if necessary) Scope: Remote work from home setting Full-time: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break May require availability during specific busy clinic days (e.g., Tuesdays and Thursdays) Use of VoIP system for call management (training provided) Access to and use of clinic's EMR system for appointment scheduling Requirements
