**LOCATION: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer incoming calls for information on dental procedures.
- Respond politely using proper telephone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments of patients
- Make follow up calls and recalls to patients to confirm them
- Greet walk-in patients and provide them with information on dental procedures and practices.
- Handle necessary paperwork such us daily income reports.
- Collect payments from patients, fill-in cancellations and no show
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Prepare billing statements properly.
- Receive, sort, organize and distribute incoming mail.
- Recalls former patients for possible follow up procedures
- Handle petty cash and light bookkeeping activities.
- Perform other tasks related to non-clinical as may be assigned.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
1.
College graduate of Tourism/Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related courses.
2.
Effective communication skills, the ability to maintain good rapport with patients and dentists and staff.
3.
Computer literacy as FDOs perform data entry work on an almost daily basis.
4.
Alert and know how to strategize in decking of patients per room.
5.
Able to present herself professionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
