Front Desk Officer (Binondo Manila)

A front desk officer's responsibilities include:
Customer service: Greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing complaints
Communication: Answering and redirecting phone calls, taking messages, and responding to customer inquiries
Administrative tasks: Maintaining schedules, filing documents, and preparing outgoing mail
Office supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies
Record keeping: Keeping updated records and files, and monitoring office expenses
Other duties: Planning business travel, receiving deliveries, and taking on other assigned duties
Front desk officers should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be able to multitask. They should also have a professional appearance and attitude, and be able to create a welcoming environment.
