Job Description:

As a Receptionist at Virtual Ventures Support Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary role is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all guests receive excellent customer service. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage front desk activities, and assist with general office duties.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.Handle incoming calls and outgoing mail and deliveries.Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.Ensure all visitors comply with security and sign-in procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with US customers and clients.Present a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, even in high-pressure situations.Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive experience for all visitors.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.Maintain good posture and body language to convey professionalism and attentiveness.Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Familiarity with handling multi-line phone systems. Working Conditions: This is a full-time position.Typical office hours are 8:00PM - 5:00AM, Mondays - Fridays.
