Job Summary: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling phone calls, and coordinating appointments, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, taking messages and responding to inquiries as needed.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations, maintaining an organized calendar for staff.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies.
• Inventory Monitoring: Manages stocks and presentation of products.
• Facility Management: Keep the front desk area tidy and organized and assist with general office upkeep as needed.
Qualifications:
• 6 months Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office, multi-line phone systems).
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
