Front Desk Clerk

Details of the offer

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc.
and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Must have at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration

Or any related course
- With working experience in the related field as required for this position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Binondo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
