Front Desk Admin

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
? Manning the front desk of the company
? Receive incoming calls and documents, make outgoing calls, and process outgoing documents.
? Accommodate guests, applicants, assist in client visits (book transportation, lunch meetings, etc.)
? Organize monthly events and work life balance activities
? Reservation of meeting rooms as needed.
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar.
? Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times to guests, clients, visitors, and fellow employees.
When communicating instructions, information, or advice, ensure that the information is received in a timely manner and is clearly understood.
? Prepare and maintain office records and documents.
? Monitor building security and access control such as Obtaining Work Permit/Gate Pass, etc.
? Purchasing, Procurement, arrangement of logistics
? Perform other general office administration tasks as required

Skills
? Strong customer service skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in Google Suite/ Microsoft Office.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Attention to detail.
? Has Pleasing personality
? Shows initiative and resourcefulness

Experience:
? Additional Edge Skills: Experience or knowledge of business and government
legalities.
? Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
Working Condition
? Full-time office based Eastwood Monday to Friday
? May require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hour


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
