Front Desk Admin

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: Manning the front desk of the companyReceive incoming calls and documents, make outgoing calls, and process outgoing documents.Accommodate guests, applicants, assist in client visits (book transportation, lunch meetings, etc.)Organize monthly events and work life balance activitiesReservation of meeting rooms as needed. Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar.Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times to guests, clients, visitors, and fellow employees. When communicating instructions, information, or advice, ensure that the information is received in a timely manner and is clearly understood.Prepare and maintain office records and documents.Monitor building security and access control such as Obtaining Work Permit/Gate Pass, etc.Purchasing, Procurement, arrangement of logisticsPerform other general office administration tasks as required
Skills
Strong customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Google Suite/ Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail.Has Pleasing personalityShows initiative and resourcefulness Experience:
? Additional Edge Skills: Experience or knowledge of business and government
legalities.
? Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.

Working Condition
Full-time office based Eastwood Monday to FridayMay require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hour
