INNODATA CEBU IS HIRING!Based in: Mandaue City, Cebu, PhilippinesPOSITION: GENERALISTS/WRITERS/LANGUAGE SPECIALISTSTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice.•Annotating data to help AI models align with human values.•Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.•Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.•Contributing to evolving specifications for LLM training and data recipes.QUALIFICATIONS-Bachelor's degree in any field-Excellent English writing skills-Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and semantics-Well-honed internet research skills.-Can join IMMEDIATELY and can work FULL-TIME.?Allowances (On top of basic and benefits)?Work from home?Provided set-up?FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY--COMPENSATION WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW.
