- The role will own and contribute to specific Frequency initiatives, projects, and programs (including Free Shipping, Cashback, and/or Lazada Bonus).
It is a complex stakeholder management role that requires decision-making, ownership, and grit.
- Reporting
- The Frequency Growth Expert will report to the Head of User Growth, with dotted-line reporting to the Frequency Growth Managers.
- Key tasks and responsibilities
- Insights and steering- Provide forecasts, insights, and recommendations for main KPIs (purchase days, repurchase rate, consideration, and supply/demand coverages) for the User Growth team
- Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks
- Design and maintain reports integral for daily business operations
- Critique current operating procedures and provide change recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Project management- Scope, plan, and execute a project plan to launch Frequency initiatives
- Develop and maintain operating procedures for Frequency activities
Ownership of frequency mechanics- Own the frequency mechanics end-to-end
- Understand frequency mechanics holistically - its rationale, value, design, and impact through data analyses, research writing, and solution proposals
- Manage frequency mechanics and modules - its processes, operations, development, marketing, finances, and performance
Being a thought partner, and a collaborator- Be a strong collaborator with local and regional teammates and stakeholders to drive user growth
- Work as a thought partner with other teams to engage on areas of opportunities that will contribute to user growth goals and related initiatives
**Job Requirements**
- Qualifications and past experience- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field of study
- Exposure and experience in organizational activities (within or outside of college), and/or internships
Personality and traits- Creative, analytical, and driven as a collaborator and as a leader
