The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years customer support experience working for DHL, UPS, Fed Ex or an established freight forwarder or BPO in logistics role. You demonstrate excellent communication skills with clear perfect English and strong people skills. You are motivated with high attention to detail that works independently with limited supervision. You have a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and naturally strive to get things done right first time with the confidence to ask probing questions to find solutions.
