Freelance Part-Time Online Esl Teacher (Wfh)

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated part-time online ESL teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will teach Korean students and report directly to a Korean teacher. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching English as a second language.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct online English lessons for Korean students.
Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.
Communicate regularly with the Korean teacher to ensure alignment with the curriculum and student needs.
Utilize various teaching tools and platforms, including Zoom.
Ensure a quiet and professional workspace during lessons.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in teaching ESL to children.
Excellent command of the English language with clear diction and native speaker proficiency.
Familiarity with online communication tools such as KakaoTalk and Zoom.
Reliable internet connection with high-speed bandwidth.
Stable power supply.
Laptop/PC with up-to-date specifications suitable for conducting online classes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to record and upload a video introduction, including:

Basic Information
Teaching Experience
Actual working space (must be quiet)
Diction demonstration (native speaker level)
Internet and power stability details (Mbps, etc.)
Laptop/PC specifications


Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
